Refund & Credit Policy All purchases of services or packages that are part of a special promotion or discount are non-refundable and considered final sale. For services purchased at regular price (not part of a special), no refunds will be issued; however, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward other services. We appreciate your understanding and support of these policies, which allow us to maintain fair and consistent practices for all clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We charge 40% of the service if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, if you want to reschedule and keep the same deposit it must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment. If you need to reschedule past the 7 day mark, we will require a new deposit and your previous deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED and will not go towards the amount due of the new appointment. Deposits are required to schedule an appointment and are NONREFUNDABLE. NO-SHOW POLICY: You will be charged 100% of the service if you don’t show up to your appointment without any prior communication. LATE POLICY: You are given a 10 minute grace period. Any more than 10 minutes will be charged a $15 late fee. Past 20 minutes you are considered a NO-SHOW and will be charged 100% of the service.
